About the Role
Bodibro is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse & Production Operator to join our team in Gorey. This role is central to our daily operations, ensuring that every piece of sportswear leaving our facility meets our high standards of quality and reaches our customers on time.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of an order—from garment customisation to final dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Quality Control
Garment Customisation: Operate print and embroidery machinery to apply logos and designs to Bodibro apparel.
Quality Control: Perform detailed checks on all finished goods to ensure branding is perfect and garments are defect-free.
Warehouse & Logistics
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for individual customers and teams.
Inbound/Outbound: Check in incoming stock deliveries and manage the dispatch of orders to couriers, ensuring all documentation is correct.
Inventory: Participate in regular stock taking to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Deadline Management: Take responsibility for making sure orders are processed and ready for transit on time.
Candidate Requirements
High Level of Attention to Detail: Essential for catching embroidery errors and ensuring the correct items are packed.
Own Initiative: Ability to work independently, spot what needs to be done, and manage your workflow without constant supervision.
Reliability & Timekeeping: Punctuality is vital to keep our production line moving and meet courier pickup times.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using basic computer systems for printing labels, checking orders, and updating stock.
Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends when required to meet seasonal demands.
